Recruiting no longer looks the way it did a decade ago and the majority of us, have never been trained in recruitment! The majority of teachers and administrators are not interested in attending fairs and most of our hiring has moved online to find the best candidates for our students.  This session will explore the changing nature of recruiting, new tools and strategies we can use to vet candidates, and research on the importance of the quality of who we put in front of our students. It’s time for a change and we will explore this shifting landscape together.
