Tanja Caley is the Executive Director of the Canadian Overseas Schools Association. She holds a Bachelor of Education (Secondary) and a Master of Education (Leadership) from the University of Alberta, Canada. With 33 years of experience as a teacher, a principal and a systems leader, Tanja transitioned to international education as the Head of Middle Years at CIS Abu Dhabi, UAE. Following that she served as the Senior Director of Programs and Services at CIS Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Now, as the Executive Director for COSA, Tanja oversees the recruitment of Canadian teachers for COSA’s five Alberta accredited international schools in Southeast Asia.
