From Enquiry to Enrolment: Build AI Agents That Sound Like Your School

What if every enquiry got a reply that sounds like your school, any time of day?

Admissions and marketing teams in international schools do a lot with few people. Enquiries arrive around the clock and across time zones. Families ask the same questions again and again. Every open day, newsletter and post has to sound like the school. And which campaign actually brought in this year’s families, or where enquiries stall before a tour, is buried in data few teams have time to dig through.

AI can carry a lot of that load, but only once it knows your school. A generic chatbot writes generic copy. An agent built on your own admissions policy, FAQs, fee schedule and tone of voice drafts replies, posts and reports that already sound like you. In this full-day, hands-on workshop, you build those agents yourself.

Proven in practice

“Chris’s session at the Educate+International Conference was so popular there were people sitting on the floor with their laptops! Chris naturally makes AI easy to understand, practical and relevant for everyone. We learnt how AI can genuinely support Advancement professionals, and left with our own AI agents ready to help with our everyday work.”
