Aubrey Curran is an experienced international education consultant and school leader with more than 25 years in education. He has served in a range of leadership roles — including head of school, principal, and curriculum coordinator — in international schools across Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean. His work centers on strengthening school culture, improving professional learning systems, and supporting leadership development in diverse educational settings.

Curran has partnered with dozens of international schools to guide organizational improvement, facilitate professional learning, and develop effective evaluation and coaching practices. He is a frequent workshop leader and has contributed to accreditation and school improvement efforts with major international education organizations. His background combines practical leadership experience with a strong focus on sustainable, people-centered school improvement.
