Empowering New and Aspiring Leaders to Succeed
The Lead to Succeed Leadership Development Program is a transformative, year-long initiative designed to support and accelerate the growth of educational leaders. This unique program combines the power of face-to-face learning at the Lead to Succeed Conference with an ongoing 10-month online coaching community. Whether you are a new leader navigating your first leadership role or an aspiring leader preparing to step into leadership, this program provides the tools, support, and community you need to thrive.
With expert facilitation by Tico Oms, an experienced leadership coach and educational leader, the program is tailored to meet the specific needs of participants at different stages of their leadership journey. Through guided discussions, confidential coaching, and collaborative problem-solving, participants will gain actionable strategies, build confidence, and strengthen their leadership capacity.
We build community at the Lead to Succeed conference and then take that into a year long online program. Depending on how many participants participate multiple cohorts (of no more than 8 each) will be scheduled based on timezones and/or job role.
