Dr. Rose Anne Kuiper is the Director of Learning at the Canadian International School Guangzhou and an experienced educator from Canada.

With a Doctor of Education degree and over 30 years in education, she has held leadership roles in one of Ontario’s largest school boards, including Superintendent of Student Achievement, Learning Supervisor, Principal, and teacher. Her extensive expertise in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and student achievement supports CIS in advancing its commitment to academic excellence.
