Heidi Oxley-Whitnell is an experienced international educator and the Founder of CAS ConnectEd, with over 30 years of experience in education. She currently serves at UWC Thailand as a Creativity, Activity and Service (CAS) Coordinator, Community Engagement Coordinator, and Secondary Physical Education teacher. Having previously held senior leadership roles including Vice Principal of Student Life at the Aga Khan Academy in Kenya and Head of Physical Education at leading international schools in New York and Manila, Heidi brings a wealth of global experience to her work. She is passionate about fostering holistic learning and creating environments where meaningful, student-driven experiences can thrive.

Through her work, Heidi champions impactful service learning and authentic community engagement, empowering students to become active, responsible, and compassionate global citizens. As the creator of CAS ConnectEd, she supports and connects educators worldwide, helping them design transformative learning experiences that extend beyond the classroom. Her approach focuses on building sustainable partnerships, nurturing student agency, and ensuring that learning leads to real-world impact, shaping both individuals and communities in lasting ways.
