Pana is an educator, coach, and school leader committed to building inclusive, connected, and purpose driven learning communities. Her journey began in the early childhood classroom, where she spent seven years nurturing young learners and developing a strong foundation in child centered, developmentally appropriate practice. This experience has informed her work as a Technology and Design Coach, instructional coach, and now as Head of Lower School.

As a leader, Pana believes in growing alongside others. Her approach focuses on relationships, collaboration, and shared vision, whether supporting teacher development, guiding curriculum design, or fostering a culture where students and educators feel a strong sense of belonging.

Her work has been recognised through honours such as Apple Distinguished Educator (Class of 2015) and the ISTE Kay L. Bitter Award for excellence in early childhood technology integration.
