With over a decade of leadership experience in international schools and a deep foundation in educational support services, Priscilla is a passionate advocate for collaborative leadership. She believes that collective leadership efficacy is essential for building sustainable, school-wide systems that truly support all learners. Drawing on her experience, she developed a practical guide designed to empower co-leaders and strengthen team effectiveness. Priscilla partners with schools that prioritize student-centered practices, working alongside leaders to foster growth through contagious motivation, practical tools, and expert guidance.
Most recently, Priscilla served as the Director of Student Support Services at Ruamrudee International School in Bangkok, Thailand. She is a passionate advocate for special education leadership, serving on the SENIA International Advisory Board and as the Director of Membership Experience for the International School Leaders of Educational Support (ISLES) Board. She holds a Master’s degree in Special Education and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership.
Priscilla is deeply committed to professional growth and the advancement of best practices. Since 2017, she has been a regular presenter at SENIA Conferences and EARCOS Leadership and Teachers’ Conferences. She was the keynote speaker for the Global Safeguarding Collaborative’s inaugural conference, and presented at EduTech, Lead to Succeed, and multiple SENIA local chapter conferences.
