AIMS is a non-profit membership organisation, dedicated to the advancement and promotion of high-quality international education in Malaysia through the ethical collaboration and cooperation of its members. We do this through:

• Fostering Understanding: Promoting global citizenship and intercultural understanding within our Malaysian context.
• Facilitating Collaboration: Providing a forum for international schools in Malaysia to meet, collaborate, and discuss matters of mutual interest.
• Advocating for International Education: Provide a voice for international schools with state and federal governments, advocating for policies and practices which benefit international education and student outcomes.
• Improving Educational Standards: Acting as a consultative body that contributes to the continuous improvement of educational standards in Malaysia through sharing expertise and best practices.
• Enhancing Professional Development: Providing opportunities for professional development for and for the sharing of best practice amongst educators and administrators in international schools.
• Promoting Student Enrichment: Providing student enrichment activities and inter-school competitions and events, fostering a well-rounded educational experience that includes academic, artistic, athletic, and social development.
