With a wealth of expertise and experience in education, counselling, safeguarding, and wellbeing, I am committed to creating secure and nurturing environments for learners to thrive. Over the course of my career spanning 25 years, I have developed a deep understanding of mental health, child protection, suicide prevention, and wellbeing. Within my role at the English Schools Foundation (ESF), I manage and oversee high-level safeguarding and student support cases, provide guidance and expert advice to senior leaders and staff, facilitate case reviews, design and deliver training, and collaborate with internal and external practitioners to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students.By developing engaging workshops, facilitating professional development opportunities, and guiding the implementation of comprehensive policies, I actively work towards ensuring the safety and holistic development of all students.
