I have had a varied international career. Initially in business, I led a successful ten-year technology career, working as Asia Pacific Laptop Product Manager for Dell Computer Corporation in Japan and Malaysia; Director of Operations for MWEB Corporation in Thailand; and LTV Aerospace & Defence Corporation in Texas.

For the past twenty years, I have worked in international education in Germany, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, and Switzerland. I have served in a multiple roles, including teacher, coach, research and development director, and principal. I am still a teacher at heart and currently support individuals and organizations through consulting, coaching, and workshops.

I have an MEd from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, an MBA from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, and a mechanical engineering degree from Southern Methodist University. I speak multiple languages fluently, including Spanish, Japanese, Italian, and Thai.
