Creating a Coaching Culture in Your School

Coaching in education is becoming popular and schools that embrace coaching rave about its impact. What might be so wonderful about creating a coaching culture in your school? In this workshop, we will examine what a coaching culture means and what impact it might have on a school. Then we will consider how a coaching culture can be created. Many answers to this question will be given, showing that there are ways to nurture a coaching culture that range from one person’s actions to a coordinated, whole-school strategy. Participants will have a chance to dream and plan about their own school’s cultures.
