Learning Focused Leadership

This is a 2.5hr Deep Dive Workshop

The idea of instructional or pedagogical leadership is not new to schools. However, effective leadership that impacts learning is often a challenge when leaders juggle many other day-to-day priorities that can take them away from the student learning. This workshop will bring together ideas and experiences from different educators as we co-construct a vision for ‘Learning Focused Leadership’ and carefully consider the mindsets, skills, actions and conditions to have the desired impact upon learning.
